Artist Info:
The Bang Bang is a collective of DJ’s, artists, musicians and creative people who are sick of the same old tired formats for life. We want to party harder, experience life more vividly and achieve more than anyone ever! This is moto that we live by, creating parties that have attracted people from all over the world through our theatrical themes to our musical policies.
Residing in Dalston, east London our monthly night has reached the attention of many, giving growth to our two sister nights “BUMP” at PlanB Brixton, and “BOY MEETS GIRL” at Anaya, Mayfair.
On a mission to put the fun back into clubbing, we are known for our wild themes. From being the first club night to fly DJ Brenmar over from Brooklyn NYC, to pampering our lovely ladies to free manicures courtesy of luxury nail artist Sophy Robson, or providing southern fried chicken with our 808 beats, we don’t leave out a single detail.
Having had the pleasure of hosting the launch party for Sophy Robson’s Nail Porn, The Black Star After party and numerous collaborations with other club nights such as our sister night BUMP, LIVIN’ PROOF, OVERPROOF, LOVEHATE, TRAILERPARK and YO MAMA. Our relentless raving has gained us press in Vogue, a residency in Oslo, Norway and invitations to host in Berlin this December.
We’ve attracted celebrities such as Ellie Goulding, Rita Ora, Henry Holland, Ed Sheeran, Talib Kweli, Wretch 32, De La Soul and Kano just to name a few but we cannot forget our large cross section of dedicated bangbangers who party hard with us every month.
Our next high profile event will be New Years Eve. The BangBang will be taking you through to 2012 with a funfair bang, think flashing lights, candy floss and beautiful people.
