Following the lead of last year’s hugely successful JOHN WATERS’ SLEIGHFUL OF SMUT, the Roxie could not be more excited to welcome the irrepressible AMY SEDARIS to 16th St!

Miss Sedaris will be on hand to discuss her 2010 book, Simple Times: Crafts for Poor People. She’ll participate in a question-and-answer session with the audience, sign books & posters, make some crafts, and generally conduct herself in as charming and effervescent a manner as you might expect.

To celebrate the Roxie’s continued development as a 501c3 non-profit on the cutting edge of independent film exhibition, repertory rediscoveries and community involvement, there will be plenty of treats and libations on hand for attendees. A portion of the ticket price is tax-deductible, not to mention the warm feeling you get from keeping our screen lit up for OVER 100 YEARS!
