Having worked in the City of London for over 10 years, Sivaroshan has direct experience of applying energy work to everyday life. He is actively working with organisations to bring wellbeing techniques directly to Londoners. Sivaroshan draws on many years of spiritual eastern practice in Yoga, Buddhism and Meditation.

**What should I bring?**
For the session, wear clothing that allow for sitting comfortably. There is a changing room at the venue.
Yoga/Pilates mats are provided. You may wish to bring a bottle of water to keep yourself hydrated.
