Alright ladies and gentlemen, it's that time of year again...when no other celebration matters except mine! Haha! (just kidding).
This year is rather special. At the same day as my birthday I am humbled and proud to be participating at a wonderful Yule ceremony in honor of kinship and family bonds (in the theatrics of the ancient Vikings!).
For those who wish to attend my birthday celebration in its entirety, I recommend arriving to the ceremony at the above time and place (Ripley-Grier Studios on 72nd). The ceremony is open to the public and does not require any participation with the exception to an open heart and mind.
The ceremony would last until approx. 9pm at which point the more "secular" celebration begins!
NOTE:
As an interactive exercise, I would like people to throw out (LEGITIMATE) ideas as to where or what to do for the "secular" birthday celebration.
While it is easy to put things such as "drinking" or "party your ass off", I have not experienced NYC enough and would love to hear of any fun ideas you might have.
Post above ideas on the event page board.
Please RSVP as soon as you can so I will know how many may grace their presence and give me the ultimate present of attendance.
Kindly note: if you RSVP "Yes" it does not necessarily denote attendance at the aforementioned ceremony, it could just mean that you will come afterward as well.
So mark the date now peeps! This is me inching ever closer to 30!
