Plan:
We are going to try to stay ahead of the Santa horde to minimize waiting for drinks. That means we will move quickly past the first bars until we find one that is not yet over run with Santas. I will post updates on twitter and facebook with our current location.

We start at the civic center plaza at 12:30. Txt me if you can't find me: 415-572-6843.

All the Santa's in the city start here and then disperse across the city. We are going to head to North Beach.
