David Starfire is a producer, composer, multi-instrumentalist and DJ based in Los Angeles and San Francisco. ABOUT PORTLAND ARTIST CLINIC
Members of the arts communities frequently lack access to health care because of their status as independent contractors in lower income brackets. Without affordable access to group insurance, long-term preventative health care is out of reach for many of them. The health care providers of PAC aim to provide local artists with the medical services and attention they deserve.
