So, exactly what is Vedic Meditation?
When I tell people I teach meditation they often say, 'Oh, I can't do that. My mind is too crazy.' Or, 'I tried that and it didn't work.' Well to all of you, and especially the ones who think meditation isn't for them, I first want to explain first what Vedic Meditation is not.
Vedic Meditation is NOT:
Chanting
Listening to waves
Sitting super still for long periods of time in uncomfy positions
Vegetarianism
Throwing away all your things
Abstinence from the pleasures of the world
A religion
A big time commitment
Serious
Difficult
For monks
