We are excited to announce that we are launching Groubids this December 20st at 6:30pm* (California time). In case you have not heard, Groubids is a new concept of bidding where you can invite your friends to bid against each other for awesome items, knowing exactly who are you bidding with. Winners can get up to 99% off the things they are bidding on. Even better is the friends that you invite to bid also have chances to win items such as Gift Cards.
So here is the deal, the bidding starts at 6:30pm* (California time) and we are going to be giving away $300 bucks in Gift Cards to kick off the launch of the site, bidding will be TOTALLY FREE :) on auctions marked as free. Please invite as many friends as you can to get a credit or “bid” for each friend you invite to join an auction on the launch day. The bids you win now are good for a year. How cool is that?
