***FOR IMMEDIATE RELEASE***
POLE 2 POLE CUP MOVING!
Pole2Pole Cup USA is moving the competition to Poleates Pole Dancing Studio, sponsor & organizer of the 1st Annual Pole2Pole Cup USA. Poleates is located in Westlake Village, California, 25 miles north of Los Angeles. The first-of-its-kind event was originally slated for the Thousand Oaks Civic Arts Complex, but Pole2Pole & Poleates owner Caterina Gennaro found the venue to not be a perfect fit for pole patrons. "I really want this to be an intimate experience for the competitors, judges, sponsors and all of the great people who support these events. This is a real departure from the large venues where it's difficult to feel connected to the performances and the routines, I'm really excited!"
The Poleates studio, with 8 dedicated poles (45mm 13 1/2 ft. high), hoop and aerial, is one of the largest and most well-known dedicated pole dancing studios in the US.
"It's pretty amazing that we'll have some of the nation’s top pole dancers gathered together here in Westlake Village. It's definitely a first for the sport," says Gennaro.
The Event: Pole 2 Pole Cup USA National pole dancing competition.
When: April 6th (Preliminaries) & April 7, 2012 (Finals)

The Pole2Pole Cup USA 2012 pole dancing competition will be the first pole competition of its kind to be staged in the United States of America. This competition has 3 categories, Amateur, Professional & Champion of Champions which will target individuals & pole dance studios across the USA.
The aim of this competition is to promote pole dancing in the USA as a form of fitness and fun plus to recognize individuals for their skills as sports people and performing artists. The organizers will scour pole dance studios around the USA to offer them to enter their best of the best pole dancers. The competition gives individuals & pole dance schools the chance to enter and be included in the USA pole dancing competition scene without having to be judged by video.
Pole schools may enter their best pole dancers including any of their instructors. The school may find the need to hold their own mini competition (dance off) to find their best pole dancers to put forward in the competition to represent their school.
