After being asked many times how to tone muscle and lose weight by many of my female friends. I decided to help show the many ways to effectively and efficiently tone muscle and lose weight by running a camp free of charge dedicated to the fitness goals of the participants.

These camps will take place every Tuesday and Thursday morning for the next couple of weeks.
