"Using Customer & Social Media Feedback to Create Better Products"
An interactive presentation & discussion with Beth Paretta (@BethParetta), head of marketing and operations at Chrysler Group LLC’s high-performance brand, SRT.
Tweetea and Social Media Club Detroit will combine on Tuesday, January 10 at UDetroit for a special pre-Detroit Auto Show presentation. The ticket to attend is free, and thanks to our event sponsor SRT, the first 50 in attendance will also receive:
- 2 free tickets to the 2012 North American International Auto Show
- A free SRT lanyard, giving you VIP access at SRT’s first stand-alone booth at NAIAS
- Free food
- 1 free adult beverage
- A chance to win a 1-year subscription to Flickr and a stylish SRT Nike Sphere Dry Cover-Up
Beth’s presentation will focus on how the niche focused brand uses customer and social media feedback to build products that speak directly to the desires of the vehicle’s drivers. SRT has built a culture that allows for open communication between the owners and management — something that the brand believes should be spread. Audience input into this process will be a welcome part of this discussion.
SRT is not a traditional brand. True to the roots of high-performance, the Street and Racing Technology division has pushed the envelope of what’s imaginable in production vehicles. The company’s enthusiasts are a group that will gladly voice their opinions about every detail within the vehicle, and the engineers are as much enthusiasts as the owners themselves.
Don't forget - you must RSVP on the Eventbrite page:
