Wil Graham won ITV1's The Biggest Loser in 2011, losing an amazing 119 pounds on the show and has lost over 200 pounds now in total. His story is motivating and very up front that it opens the eyes of both the fit and unfit of you.

On the 12th January, he will be making an appearance in Kingston to help and motivate people into making changes for the better with the help of the 3 instructors of In-Kilter Fitness.
Also to help you keep fit by means of challenges are Chris Brisley from takeachallenge.co.uk and Graeme Brouder from lapchallenge.co.uk.
The event is free of charge and is being put on due to the passion that these professionals have for helping people become fitter and healthier through small, manageable changes.
In-Kilter Fitness will also explain their new classes available in South West London that will encourage you to work hard to achieve your goals and then have a week off before starting again meaning you CAN have a cheat week. This means you train 2-3 times a week for 4 weeks and have the 5th week off.
More details will be explained on the night but we can promise you that it's all been geared towards you achieving your goals and keeping you in the waist or dress size you've always wanted.
