Stanford proffesor and entrepreneur, Jeffrey Schox, will be teaching a class on his expertise, patent law. Over the years, he has become aware that entrepreneurs typically have four concerns related to patent law:
protecting their inventions in the very early stages of product development
determining the patentability of their invention
avoiding infringement of a competitor's patent, and
leveraging their patent as a business asset.
This class will address each of these concerns and will cover any other questions you might have regarding patent law.
As in all pariSoma classes, snacks and beverages will be provided! Though feel free to BYOL if you would like a more substantial meal :)
