Getting Input from the Start: Product Discovery // BUSINESS 384 Kevin Wang, Vice President of Product Marketing, SecondMarket Tuesday, January 10th from 8:00 - 9:30 pm Join us to learn how to go from a “Product Delivery” organization to a “Product Discovery” organization. In this class, we will review how SecondMarket shifted their product team to discover the best products/features to pursue. Many products fail these days because there is little to no feedback from real customers before launch. Having a product discovery process is a powerful way to bake a customer-centric approach into the DNA of your company. Kevin Wang is the Vice President of Product Marketing at SecondMarket. He joined SecondMarket in 2007 as the founding member of the technology team and developed the product management and product marketing functions. Prior to joining SecondMarket, Kevin was the Product Support Team Leader at Computershare. Kevin graduated from McGill University with a Bachelor of Commerce in Management Information Systems and attended New York University to pursue a Master of Arts in Media, Culture and Communication. He is a certified Product Owner and Scrum Master from the Scrum Alliance. In his spare time, he enjoys scratching records, blogging and inventing games. Can't make it?
