DESCRIPTION:The aim is to let people know what&#039\;s on during Mobile World
 Congress in Barcelona - both on and off site - that is not part
 of the main conference programme. All the side events\, parties\,
 meet-ups\, round-tables and seminars that are going on that you
 might not hear about ordinarily are teaming up under the fringe
 festival banner. We&#039\;ll help you find the stuff that&#039\;s
 interesting and relevant to you\; help you make the most of your
 visit\; help more people get their events\, happenings and
 initiatives seen and talked about.\n

 The festival is what you make of it. \n
 \n

 to attend too whilst you&#039\;re in town.\n
