Yuppie Friday is a group of young urban professionals dedicated to supporting San Francisco philanthropy through cocktails. Our mission is to increase awareness, raise financial support and encourage volunteerism for local Bay Area charities. We meet every other month on a Friday at various bars around the Financial District for a happy hour featuring a particular charitable organization.
City of Dreams goes beyond conventional youth development programs to give kids a real chance at becoming the best they can be.Since their inception in 2004, City of Dreams has reached more than 4,000 young people and family members.Of the young people who have completed their program, 98% have stayed in school, 98% have avoided teen pregnancy, 96% have stayed away from gangs and violence, and 92% have stayed free of drugs and alcohol.
