Whether you're a seasoned athlete or someone who hasn't exercised in years, this program is designed for you. SWAT Bootcamp is not about humiliation. The fact that the instructors offer encouragement, motivation, camaraderie and friendship are key elements in making this program a success. Everyone including the instructors sweat together while doing push-ups, pull-ups and other calisthenics, core strengthening, stair climbing, running, and plyometrics. Group and individual competitions make this program fun, challenging and a bit addictive. John Murphy coordinates. All instructors from SWAT PT are SWAT police officers.
