I have this theory that SXSW can be launched at for not a lot of money.
Pre-rolling, pre-promotion and pre-paring is critical before you step foot in Austin Texas for the tech conference SXSW Interactive. To execute my theory that SXSW can be launched at on a shoestring budget, for $880, or $217, or $460... I will be event secretary-ing.
