Many companies have adopted the philosophy that credible content, particularly online, leads directly to trust relationships with their customers. During this conference we will explore how content creators and those guiding them can use journalistic values to define credible content, especially in the digital space where credibility is often up for grabs.
This two-day conference will focus on how people and organizations are creating and communicating valuable information — for both journalism and corporate sites. It will feature leaders from the social media industry who will share their expertise via interactive lectures and small-group sessions. Additionally, the conference offers an optional, additional day of more personalized small-group training and one-on-one coaching.
