Barcamp Nonprofit is an unconference aimed to establish dialogue between social media and nonprofit professionals in the UK. It was inspired by conversations between Steve Bridger, Howard Lake and Sylwia Presley in 2011 during IoF National Convention. We will meet for one day of informal sessions, during which you will be able to learn and discuss various topics related to social media and IT in the context of 3rd sector. You will have the opportunity to present your recent projects and raise awareness around your current social media campaigns. You will be able to talk to IT and social media professionals about your challenges and goals. You will also have the opportunity to work on specific project, which we aim to kick off after the event and use as the case study of our collaboration.
