If you've ever wondered what tater tot hotdish tastes like, or never seen 7 layer jello before (secret family recipe) then get ready to party like it's a cold Minnesotan winter night! Get out your flannel and fur-lined ear muffs, it's gonna be a blast!

For a twist this year, we are going to be holding the party in the Dogpatch at my boyfriend Alex's apartment. Format is potluck style: I'll make several midwestern classics, and then if you would like an appropriately themed recipe just let me know. (Hint, salad = jello, and organics, avocadoes, and tropical fruits not encouraged...) Or else just bring your favorite beverages/snacks.
