Hey All,
We will be holding the first group training session for Tough Mudder '12 this weekend! I'll be running it at the Hanscom base track (weather permitting) at 11 am this Saturday. The goal is to do some nice warming up, then a baseline/timed run to see where we're all at, then a basic running exercise interspersed with some bodyweight exercises. I want us to get used to running distances and stopping to do some physical activity. Please bring some water, good workout clothing/shoes (think layers), and some music if you so wish.
