This time it is CHAOS brewing at it's best. We will need to bottle the Cider and if we have enough time or/and people we can brew another batch of beer with the supplies that Craig gave the group.
So what we need to do in advance is collect and clean a large quantity of bottles. I doubt we will have a hard time doing that. :) Plus we will have to figure out a place to store the bottles to mature.
I hope we have another good turn out like we did the last week.
I will include a wish list in this event if anybody is willing to contribute to the tools for our growing supply locker.
5 or 6 gallon food grade buckets with lids.
Airlocks and stoppers
glass carboys 3.5 gallon volume and up.
a large metal strainer.
another gallon of unscented bleach or any starsan or other disinfecting solutions
any other brew ingredients or juices that we can work this dark art with.
At this rate if we continue to produce a 5 gallon batch every month we will be producing 60 gallons a year. We have 15 gallons in stages of brew as it is now. I think we will be stocking the fridge with our brews very soon.
To cover the cost of making the Bridgewire awesome to keep going please make a donation to the Donation Box in the kitchen.
See you then.
