Come out to support and meet Team "We Brake for Gandhi," the most awesome Rickshaw Team for the Spring 2012 Rickshaw Run (http://www.theadventurists.com/the-adventures/rickshaw-run). Tonic is nice enough to let us take over their bar and all the tips we earn go to our fundraising efforts for Frank Water. They have an amazing cocktail hour from 5-7 where drinks are 2 for 1. The Rickshaw Run is an auto-rickshaw race across the continent of India. Starting on April 8th through April 21st, Norm, Brandon, and Casey, aka Team “We Brake for Gandhi,” will embark with 70 other teams on a 2000 mile race across India from Kochi to Shillong.

In addition to a crazy adventure across India, we are supporting Frank Water (www.frankwater.com), a nonprofit that is funding clean water initiatives across India. Since The Rickshaw Run partnered with Frank Water in 2008, over 50 communities have received new clean water systems. All the tips from our Bar Night will go to reach our $2000 fundraising goal. Once we hit our goal, the money will go towards "pimping" out our Rickshaw, and the rest will go to charity.
