UPDATE: There will be free door giveaways such as complementary event space at Affinity Lab for an event, membership to Geekeasy, and coffee with Scott Case (from Startup America Partnership). Does your company (or you) support the local entrepreneurship community? Let us know what you would like to donate at
info@foster.ly. Interested in a Foster.ly t-shirt and fast tracking calendar development? Click here. Brought to you by members of the DC, Maryland and Virginia community who share a desire to foster collaboration throughout the area's entrepreneurship ecosystem at large, Foster.ly's Study Hall is a collaborative co-working environment focused on enhancing community between its entrepreneurial members. Unlike past Study Halls which were limited to 50 attendees, this Study Hall is significantly larger in size, will last for a longer period of time (no, you don't need to stay the entire time) and is made possible via collaboration with DC Entrepreneurship Week and Microsoft BizSpark. Attendees should expect to receive feedback and support from peers and subject matter experts (such as serial entrepreneurs, investors, real estate professionals, and attorneys) as long as they are willing to participate and lend their expertise to other participants in return. (Don't fret, you don't need to be tech focused to join.) We'll provide the environment, drinks, coffee, wi-fi and a place to work and create. It's up to you to bring your computer (so you can get some work done), a willingness to collaborate, and your entrepreneurial spirit. Please take note that Study Hall is *not* an event to pitch for funding. Lastly, if you haven't created a profile yet on Foster.ly, you might want to do so now. (We've got some great features in the development pipe.) Questions? E-mail:
