Monday, March 12th SoDA unConference #2 at Carmelo's Restaurant, 2-4pm US CST Patent Trolls - A Major Threat to Agencies and Clients Alike.  What can be done (and what SoDA is doing). Unlike a traditional conference, unConference participants help create the agenda themselves and are able to interact with one another in a fun, thought provoking manner.  Participants are encouraged to engage with their colleagues in a format that favors dialogue and discussion over talking head presentations. Other topics slated to be covered during this unConference include: PIPA and SOPA have been stopped for now, but the web hasn't necessarily won.  What's next? Top five things that every client and agency MUST know about contracting in 2012 (will include a frank discussion of the most common screw-ups for both agencies and clients in the contracting process, the consequences of those mistakes and how it all can be avoided).
