DevOpsDays, the premier conference for DevOps practitioners, is coming to Austin! The free conference will be a two day event on April 2 and 3, 2012. It will be a mixture of conference talks and openspaces. The location is the National Instruments corporate headquarters in Austin, Texas. Come join all the DevOps heavy hitters to discuss how to make your practice better - culture, tooling, and whatever you want to talk about! Of course you can do what you like during the unconference portion, but go here to propose a full talk or lightning presentation. We're looking for original real-world DevOps content; you're not going to see any vendor pitches or talks recycled from other conventions. Also please contact us if you would like to sponsor this free event. There are two levels of sponsorship available and we're open to sponsorship in other ways as well, just ask. Don't hesitate to contact us if you are interested in helping out with the conference or have any other questions! Hotel information is on the site; National Instruments has graciously extended to DevOpsDays attendees the use of NI rates at nearby hotels. Follow along on twitter ("devopsdays") for breaking news on who will be there! Space is limited, please only sign up if you plan to come, and if you sign up and later decide you can't come, please "Request Refund" through Eventbrite so we can let in as many DevOps as possible! Update: DevOpsDays is "sold out" - but add yourself to the waitlist! With 250 free slots, we know a lot of those people will drop out, and we will keep cycling people in from the waitlist as much as we can!
