Dr. Ray will teach us walking meditation in the beginning of the hike in order to set our intentions and to be more mindful. When we get to the top of the mountain, he will share his insights on love and guide us in an exercise to experience LOVE in our bodies.

Ray Doktor, Psy. D. has a private practice working as a spiritual therapist. He has a master’s in counseling psychology and a doctorate in clinical psychology. He has conducted workshops and lectures in the United States, The Netherlands, Brazil, and England including sharing the same stages with Marianne Williamson, Bruce Lipton, and Eckhart Tolle.
