Do you have any plan on Feb 11, 2012?
It does not matter where you live, my friends. You can participate in this event almost anywhere in the world.
As many of you may already know, I spent the last 6 years working on a documentary film project, entitled HAPPY (
http://thehappymovie.com/) My special friend, Roko Belic, director of HAPPY, and I have traveled around the world and interviewed the brightest minds in neuroscience, psychology, and spirituality about what makes people genuinely happy.
HAPPY has been received overwhelmingly well, and has won over a dozen awards from film festivals around the world so far.
On World Happy Day - Feb 11, 2012, we are screening the film in over 600 locations in 60 countries on all 7 continents (Screening Map:
http://worldhappyday.com/map/ ), and I am hoping that you have a chance to visit at one of the screenings near you and enjoy the film with your community members.
There are more than a few hundreds screenings set up at major theaters (AMC and Laemmle, etc.) in the US and Canada. Also, you can find screenings in the following countries.
Mexico / Puerto Rico / Dominican Republic / Jamaica / Ecuador / Chile / Brazil / Argentina / Japan / South Korea / China / Mongolia / Philippines / Hong Kong / Thailand / Cambodia / Malaysia / Singapore / Laos / Australia / Nepal / India / UAE / Qatar / Kuwait / Jordan / Cyprus / Malta / Russia / Tuva / Turkey / Greece / Malta / Kalmyk / Bulgaria / Romania / Tunisia / Uganda / South Africa / Portugal / Spain / France / Germany / Italy / Slovenia / Slovakia / Switzerland / Belgium / Netherlands / England / Scotland / Ireland / Denmark / Sweden / Poland / Latvia / Iceland
As a well behaving Japanese citizen, I hate to spam my dear friends, but in a way, HAPPY is my personal message to you guys. I am hoping that you receive it with open heart :-)
Your friend,
Eiji
