PechaKucha Night Raleigh Vol.10 will take place at The Union Tavern on Wednesday, February 22. Doors open at 5:40pm and the show begins at 6:40pm. This evening is special because it celebrates "Love of Community" and is part of Global PechaKucha week. Our presenters were chosen for their enthusiasm about their topic and love of community. Our emcee for the evening is Cris Cohen, writer, social media specialist, and author of "Staying Crazy To Keep From Going Insane" Yelp will be there early to show Raleigh some extra love by playing "Name that Business" and will give winners swag and prizes. As with all good PechaKucha Nights there will be plenty of chit-chat within a casual atmosphere and of course spirits from the bar. Our shows are open to all ages, but some material may not be suitable for young children. ideaPARTNERS: MEDIA SPONSORS: yelp & Raleigh Downtowner Time: 6:40pm, Doors open at 5:40pm Where: The Union Tavern Cost: FREE, but registration is required, and there is a $5 suggested donation at the door Learn more: PechaKucha Foundation MEDIA CONTACT: Cyn Macgregor | pknraleigh@gmail.com | www.pknraleigh.com |@pknraleigh PechaKucha Night Raleigh, presented by ideaSPARK, is a program of the Visual Art Exchange/SPARKcon, a 501 (c) 3 non-profit organization.
