UT Convention is here!!! It is that time of the year again!!!! Convention is being held on February 18 this year on the UT campus. Schools from all over the region are coming down so you don't want to miss this!

Convention is an annual conference held at UT every year where VSAs/ASAs from all over TEXAS, OKLAHOMA, ARKANSAS come down to engage in leadership workshops and build connections within the region. This is a great event to get your school out there and also build strong networks! Meet people from all over the southern region!!!

We invite everyone to come out and attend!!! It is completely free for all attendees of the Convention. The event will start Saturday morning and end Saturday evening. Not to mention FREE CONVENTION SHIRTS and they are AWESOME! There will also be a club after party that you won't want to miss!

Friday (8-11PM)
-Out of towners arrive
-Eat dinner at Din Ho at 9:30!!!
-8557 Research Blvd #116, Austin, TX
-Hang out and bond!

Saturday (11-5PM)
-Meet at Dobie Food Court at 11AM- 2021 Guadalupe, Austin, TX- Tall black building
-Brunch at Dobie
-Meet at UTC 2.102A on UT campus
-Introductions
-Ice breakers and team build activities
-Announcements from organizations
-Innovating workshops
-Dinner on your own

-Charity Club Afterparty at 10PM at Old School Bar on 6th and Trinity
-Drink Specials All Night!
-Use side entrance on Trinity side and meet us upstairs!
-We have the whole second floor!
-18+ ($7)
-21+ ($5)

Sunday (12PM-???)
-Traditional lunch at Rudy's BBQ- 11570 Research Boulevard, Austin, TX
-Take lots of pictures and say our good byes after an awesome week of bonding!
