Less than a year ago The Leadership Foundation was established with the mission and commitment to giving back to non‐profits and communities with the purpose of providing empowerment and leadership development through education, sports, and the arts. We are proud to announce that we will host our first New York City event on February 13, 2012 at the PH-D Roof Top Lounge located on the 12th floor of Dream Downtown. The Leadership Foundation will be recognizing and benefiting two local non-profits for this event; Elevate New York and New York Needs You!
The mission of ELEVATE NEW YORK is to building long-term, life-changing relationships with urban youth with the purpose of increasing school attendance, improving academic test scores, and teaching critical life skills; translating into reduced drop out rates and increased college enrollment and graduation.
NEW YORK NEEDS YOU (NYNY) closes the opportunity gap through the most intensive career mentorship program in NYC, enabling high-potential, first-generation college students to realize their college and career aspirations
