Quick links: MARATHON - PRIMAVERA - ACCOMMODATIONS - CANCELLATION POLICY - FAQs IMPORTANT IUPDATE: CHANGES TO START LINE SETUP & SCHEDULE Download Updated Race Info Package Here or read below: Due to unforeseeable space constraints at the marathon start, we have made some changes to the start line setup and schedule. Note that there are changes in shuttle departure times and wave start times. Please read this through carefully. The Start: Wave Times Runners depart in three waves at three different start times: 8:30am, 8:50am, and 9:20am. This means that the time you arrive at the start will depend on the wave you are in. Shuttles will depart the community centre at set times for each wave. Drop offs should arrive no less than 20 minutes before their wave start time. You will choose a wave at race registration and will receive a coloured wristband to indicate to timers which wave you are in. Waves are not based on runner speed- any wave is fine whether you're fast or leisurely. Groups should decide upon a wave before registering so that everyone can run together. Late Registrants: We recommend arriving as early as possible in order to avoid crowds and ensure you have your pick of waves. No more than 210 people can run in one wave. Wave choices are first come first served. Depending on the wave you choose, you will have to be dropped off at the start or catch the community centre shuttle at the specific times outlined below. Arrive at the start at least 20 minutes before your wave begins. For this reason, we strongly recommend taking the shuttle (click here to purchase online). It is convenient, quick and will help prevent traffic congestion on Road 8! You can pick up tickets at race registration too. If you miss your wave, not to worry. You can grab a new wrist band at the start. Wrist bands help us time you. If you're not concerned about your time, don't worry about getting a new one. First Wave: 8:30am Shuttles From Community Centre to Start: Depart: 7:30am Arrive: 7:45am Drop off times: 7:00 - 8:10am Second Wave 8:50 Shuttles: Depart: 8:10 Arrive: 8:25 Drop Offs: 7:00 - 8:30 (traffic will be stopped at 8:30 to let the first wave through) Third Wave - 9:20am Shuttles: Depart: 8:50 Arrive: 9:05 Drop Offs: 7:00-9:00 (traffic stopped at 8:30 and 8:50 for 10 minutes) ANNOUNCEMENT: SOLD OUT IN 3 MIN- We're as surprised as you are Marathon ticket sales began at 7:00pm sharp on Feb. 7 and sold out in 3 minutes.
