The works express thunderous action reminiscent of Polo's Persian origin: cavalry training. The massive horses embody a determination and war-like power while engaged in the intensely physical, age old sport of Polo. There is a primal freedom and recklessness, however, the horse is instinctively aware of the game, his gaze is calm.
