www.MyChangeNow.com invites you to Join our ongoing World Wide Community Clean Up Campaign if you are currently doing, or are willing to do, at least one of the following things in your life, home, or community at any time:
1) Reduce buying and using single use items like plastic bottles, aluminum cans, glass bottles, and plastic bags.
2) Reuse canvas bags, water bottles, coffee mugs, and other items that can be used more than once. Plastic bags can also be reused especially as garbage bags.
3) Recycle plastic bottles, aluminum cans, glass bottles, plastic bags, and other items that can be recycled.
4) Pick Up Litter whenever and wherever possible.
5) When you Join this ongoing effort, click on the Invite Friends icon on this Facebook page and invite your friends and family members to Join you.
6) Participate in a Community Clean Up effort organized by a local organization or organize one yourself and invite your family, friends, and colleagues to join you. MyChangeNow will be promoting St. Patrick’s Day as a World Wide Community Clean Up Day to Kick-Off the ongoing Clean Up Campaign with the theme of “Wear Something Green While Doing Something Green.”
7) Recycle the money you get from your Recycling efforts and the Spare Change that has accumulated in your home, car, under the sofa cushions, in your pocket or purse, etc. and donate it to the Change for MyChangeNow Fund to Build a New Social Change Network and/or donate money and reusable items to other worthy causes.

8) Give MyChangeNow permission to add your name to our growing list of individual Supporters that we list on the MyChangeNow website by emailing your name to
info@mychangenow.com. A financial contribution is encouraged but not necessary to be added to the Supporters list. If you just use and like the website you can request to be added to the Supporters list. You must be at least 18 years old to request to have your name listed on the website.
Although the official World Wide Kick-Off event will begin this St. Patrick’s Day, Saturday, March 17th, 2012, we encourage you start Now or if you are already doing some of these things to start keeping a written record of your efforts.
The Founder and Director of MyChangeNow, Mike Kockler actually began tabulating his results in the 3 categories (Litter Picked Up, Items Recycled, and Items Reused) beginning on December 10th, 2011. His running totals can be viewed at the MyChangeNow website in the Clean Up Totals section. There is also a Clean Up Pictures section. If you email MyChangeNow your Clean Up pictures, we will consider adding them or you can post them to this Facebook page.
Please post status updates of your accumulated results for Pieces of Litter Picked Up, Items Recycled and Items Reused periodically on this Facebook Event Page, Post them on the Comments & Ideas page at MyChangeNow.com or email them to
info@mychangenow.com as we build toward the Kick-Off date.
Statistics and rankings will be compiled at
www.MyChangeNow.com. Prizes will be given to the Top 5 individuals in each of the 3 categories: 1) Litter Picked Up 2) Items Recycled 3) Items Reused.
As the Founder and Director of MyChangeNow, Mike K. has recused himself from being eligible for prizes. He still plans to Reuse himself well past the age of 100 (see the Diet and Fitness plans at MyChangeNow.com).
The World Wide Community Clean Up Campaign will end when the World is litter free.
