We're quickly approaching Valentine's Day and nothing shows your love for the city we all adore quite like a #whyilovephilly bash!
#whyilovephilly is a social media campaign which will provide a live, online forum for people to show their affection for Philly. On February 13, an event will again be held at National Mechanics to celebrate our love for the city, with drink specials and a screen displaying live comments from attendees via a mobile application.
Goals of the #whyilovephilly campaign are:
* To create an air of positivity, passion and pride for the city that enables everyone to contribute and be engaged.
* To provide a space where people from around the world can see how much love we have for our city.
* To learn things about the city around us and connect with the others that love it too.
Use the hashtag, spread the word, and come express your love for Philly!!
