First off, I would like to thank all of you who helped me raise money for The Children's Miracle Network this past fall. All the organizations involved raised a total of $167,000 for the cause (almost double last year's total!!!) and broke the national record. When the total was announced at the closing ceremony I was overcome with so much pride and joy that I was able to be apart of something so inspiring and magical- it is hands down one of the top memories of my college experience, and I coudn't do it without your help!

I am participating in one last RU fundraiser before my graduation. Dance Marathon is an annual event held to raise money for the Embrace Kids Foundation, which supports families of children with cancers and blood disorders. The event lasts 32 hours and all particiants must stay on their feet.. yes, it's as painful as it sounds.. but during the closing hours the children whose lives you are standing up for come with their families, and seeing their faces makes it all worth it! It is truly an amazing event. However, every dancer is required to raise a minimum of $350 to participate. I have not participated since my freshman year since it is a relatively large amount to raise, but I would really really love to participate in this event one more time! Please help me reach the minimum.. any amount is appreciated!
