Stay after the panel for free beer from Brooklyn Brewery and a chance to meet other creative professionals. Can't wait to meet our panelists? Email your questions in advance to press@uncommongoods.com or tweet @uncommongoods with the hashtag #howtomakeitUG. We'll be live tweeting during the panel. Tina Roth Eisenberg runs Swissmiss, a design blog and studio. She is also the founder of Creative Mornings, Teux Deux, Tattly, and her coworking studio space, Studiomates. Anna Rabinowicz founded RabLabs in 2002, a design studio geared towards bringing natural beauty into the home. Her designs have been featured in Elle Décor, O, The Oprah Magazine, Architectural Digest, and many other publications. She is also an Associate Professor in the Product Design department at Parsons The New School for Design. Jeff Davis, designer behind the Philadelphia based Vinylux, has become known for his vintage record designs, from bowls to bookends. He earned his BFA in theatrical set design from the Tisch School of the Arts at NYU and a Master's Degree in Industrial Design from the Rhode Island School of Design. Nickey Skarstad, a Seller Education Specialist at Etsy, works to help sellers make a living running creative independent businesses. She shares tips on Etsy’s blog, in Etsy Success (a biweekly newsletter), and hosts live workshops in Etsy's Online Labs. A shop owner herself, Nickey’s focus is to encourage, motivate, and educate those aiming to sell online. Dave Bolotsky founded UncommonGoods in 1999, with the goal of bringing creative art and design to the world of online retail. Since then, UncommonGoods has grown to work with hundreds of independent artists and designers across the United States. UncommonGoods launched our Community Voting App in 2011, a place for designers and artists to get constructive feedback on new products from customers and fellow creatives. Dave will be sticking around after the panel, along with many of the UncommonGoods buyers, if you've got a product idea or design you'd like to share!
