Whelp, Gold Rushers, it's been nigh on six goldern months, and I hain't had a sipper whiskey. Reckon that means it's 'bout time to get back into the swinga things.

I guess yer all prolly like me. Spent the Spring and Summer gallervantin about, dippin the 'ol wick in the honeypot on the barbary coast. Hittin Big Al's and 'Lil Al's, and The Miner's Daughter, tryin ter outdrink the seals what they got down by the piers and outpoke 'ol Casernova hisself. Then its back ter the hills. Pannin' fer gold til you cain't pan namore, then pannin' a while longer, I reckon. Gits so danged cold you end up sleepin with yer dogs fer warmth and wishin fer a San Fancisca summer. But come March, it's time ter bring that dust back to the city and spend it fast as ye can. I know y'all know the drill. That's why we call it gold rush. Ain't no rush if yer takin' yer time.

Well, it's bout time ye listen up, ya hear! This year we's bringin the gold rush back to the city! We gots ourselves a fine little kickball league. Invested dang near all the gold dust into brand new balls, bases, mounds and drink specials. And let's be honest, prostitutes too. I'm jest a man, same as you. I gots needs.
