Ladies and gentlemen, freaks and super creeps, the time is upon us for the Fifth Annual Fashion Freakout happening Friday, March 2nd at the legendary Red River room, The Mohawk. Prototype Vintage Design, Buffalo Exchange, and newcomers Charm School Vintage, bring the rock-n-roll razzle dazzle to the runway, in a setting that transports you to a more theatrical time, when fashion inspired music, and music inspired fashion.

Showcasing clothing, jewelry and accessories for babes and blokes from a period when continual reinvention, musical innovation and striking visual presentation ruled, these Young Americans are ready to shimmy and shake their sh*t down the catwalk with hair and make-up by local heroes, Avant Salon and Spa.

Comedian and radio host Seth Cockfield emcees the Freakout this year, mixing the high brow with low, delivering fresh, consistently sharp material with a personal yet absurdist bent.

Walking to the beat of your own drum defines Austin style today...and there's no better band to display this theory than A Giant Dog. Led by superbabe Sabrina Ellis, the garage rock sounds of this Austin beer-fueled buzz band will keep your booty bumpin'. After the Freakout, stick around for special live performances by The OBN III's and The Fleshlights.
