Please join us for the second annual Social Learning Summit (SLS), brought to you by the American University Social Media Club. This weekend conference, March 30-31, 2012, aims to bring together students, educators, and professionals to learn from each other and with each other about the broad swath of topics at the intersection of education, innovation, and social media. For a full list of events check out http://sls2012.sched.org/. Last year's SLS brought 300+ attendees, over 900+ people tweeting about the event, 9,000+ tweets about the event, and the hashtag #SLS11 became a Twitter trending topic in DC…twice! We hope to make the second annual Social Learning Summit accessible to everyone, and all proceeds from the conference will go toward conference expenses and for future programming of the American University Social Media Club. All are invited and encouraged to join us for the event, whether for one workshop or every session throughout the course of the weekend. Follow the AU Social Media Club on Twitter (@AU_SMCEDU) and on Facebook for updates, and keep an eye on the #SLS12 Questions, concerns, or ideas? Let us know at smcedu@american.edu. Special thanks to our 2012 Social Learning Summit Sponsors!
