A classic speakeasy party in a secret Brooklyn loft, with live swingin' sounds by vintage jazz bands, blazing burlesque divas, exotic cocktails, and the best electro-swing DJs remixing and reinventing vintage grooves late into the night.
Charleston dance class by Jeri Lynn Astra & Neal Groothuis at 9:30pm, followed by live music until 12:30am by Aaron Johnson and his Golden Age Orchestra, an 11-piece hot jazz ensemble. The Rhinestone Follies, NYC's only all-classic burlesque troupe, provide glittering burlesque to and between band sets. Vintage goes remix at midnight, as resident DJ Dhundee drops irresistible electro-swing gems for your dancing pleasure. After 2am, DJ Shakey will take us into early morning with her eclectic beats. It'll be one of those perfect BK loft party nights. We may even do a little fire on our 9k sq ft roof.
The Jazz Age never ended, it just got funky.
