**About Yogi Dr Amrit Raj **
Amrit Raj is a fourth generation Ayurvedic doctor and Founder of Maa Yoga ashram in Rishikesh. He is an honorary faculty member in the Dinacharya Institute in New York City.
In addition to his private practice Dr Amrit Raj travels worldwide giving lectures, seminars and workshops on Yoga combined with Ayurvedic principles for healing and well being.
In India he holds programs for both public and corporate groups. He is also featured regularly on Indian television expounding the practices of Yoga Ayurveda.
