Robert J. McGovern

Rob McGovern is a 20-year technology and media industry veteran with a passion for helping people with their careers. Prior to his role as founder and CEO of Jobfox, he was the founder and CEO of CareerBuilder.com, one of the world's largest online career sites. While at CareerBuilder he grew it to be a profitable $150 Million company with over 400 employees. Rob is the author of a best selling career book: Bring Your 'A' Game: the 10 Career Secrets of the High Achiever, and has delivered his career advice to national television audiences on CNN, MSNBC, PBS, Bloomberg, CNBC, and Lifetime. Earlier in his career Rob was often the youngest executive where he worked. Before setting out to start CareerBuilder he was Vice President and General Manager at Legent Corporation, the world's 7th largest software company. He spent the first 10 years of his career at Hewlett Packard Company, where he rose through the sales and marketing ranks in both the US and Europe.

John Bracken is a business development executive and product visionary who has a passion for consumer communications and online media products. John has played key roles in several of our generation's most-influential web products, including Evite, AIM, and Patch.com. Prior to serving as CEO of Speek, John worked as a business development executive at AOL where he supported the expansion of the AIM Network to hundreds of 3rd party products and the growth of Patch.com to become the fourth largest local media web property in the US. As an entrepreneur, John was a co-founder, COO, and business development executive of Evite.com, a website that remains the leader in its category. In his early career, John worked as a technology and telecommunications consultant for Booz Allen and the San Francisco Consulting Group.
