Over a year ago, we set out to simplify money. Our app is finally out and we feel like celebrating a bit! You are emphatically invited to join us in our Turntable.fm online music room for our launch party on Thursday night.

We have DJ Yeah Def playing music and spinning beats. Uncle Max will be talking money and answering your personal finance questions. Speaking of… we’ll be giving away money at the party! $200 cash to be exact, with $300 more to follow soon after.

A Twitter promotion will start at the Launch Party (Thursday, March 1st) and will give anyone a chance at one of five $100 cash prizes. All you have to do is come up with an original piece of money advice and tweet it along with the hashtag #GetLiquid. The goal here is get retweeted by as many people as you can, so feel free to get creative! The top *two* tweets by the end of the Launch Party will win $100 a piece! A weeklong competition will then kickoff and *three* MORE winners will be chosen in the top retweets by March 8th at 11:59PM CT.
