************* THE STORY *************

In 2003 I stumbled upon Bikram Yoga while studying in New Zealand. Pretty quickly I came to love the Bikram Yoga practice and how it made me feel, and soon the dream dawned of opening the first Bikram Yoga studio in Copenhagen. The plan was to open before my 30th Birthday.

Through many windy roads and endeavors, I could finally open Bikram Yoga Copenhagen on the 1st of February 2010 and only 4 days later I turned 30. My dream came true!

Now looking back, the last 2 years have gone by so fast. Everything has unfolded so magically. I wish to express my deepest gratitude and appreciation to all the amazing people in my life that has helped me make my dream come true.

Since the opening the studio has grown, transformed and given birth to so many new Bikram Yoga students and teachers. The studio has turned into a beautiful space for likeminded souls to connect and breath.

Every now and again when I stop for a second, breath and observe, I am mesmerized by the magic of the Bikram Yoga practice! This is such a wonderful gift! Thank you for sharing your sweat, smiles, tears, hard work, light heart and love with me!
