Are you one of those people who wants to be doing video as a part of your marketing, but it's still a bit intimidating to tackle? Do you wonder if you could boost your traffic and conversions if you branched out and tried some new content channels? Do you come across videos in your industry and wish you could also produce something great to put out to your customers?

We're really lucky to have Jeremy Vest joining us from Dallas on April 4th. While he's got a ton of experience in web marketing to pull from, his real passion is teaching businesses how to leverage video to achieve their marketing goals. He describes himself as, "a marketer who picked up a camera." He's won 3 Emmys for his work, though he proclaims he doesn't do technical video. :) His enthusiasm for video marketing is infectious - this is going to be a great meetup!

As we put this event together, I told him I think that video marketing is still really intimidating to a lot of people. He agreed. If you're like me, there's plenty of raw footage sitting on your video camera, but making that leap to downloading, editing, uploading and SEO can seem so daunting without some support. What's the least amount of camera you need? Can you use the video editing software already on your computer, or do you need to buy something else? How do you add your URL to the video? How do you optimize video for keywords? And on and on...
