About Massive Party
This year’s Massive Party centres on the elements "LIGHT SOUND OBJECT PAST PRESENT FUTURE” as conceived by Toronto artist and Massive Party artistic director Bruno Billio. Massive Party 2012 will feature innovative, custom-designed works of art throughout the Gallery and offer guests equally inspired food, beverages and entertainment. The boundary-pushing event looks ahead to the future of art and asks party-goers to be part of the conversation by filling in the twitter hashtag #thefutureofartis.
Entrance and Granovsky Gluskin Hall The main entrance of the AGO and Granovsky Gluskin Hall will feature a projection on the ceiling by Jade Rude entitled Double Dutch. Décor elements such as streamers, oversize Styrofoam letters, mirrored acrylic, as well as lighting and piped music will also set the tone for the evening. Towards the end of the evening, there will be late night hot dog carts in Granovsky Gluskin Hall.
