WHAT YOU WILL GAIN FROM ATTENDING THIS WORKSHOP
Our 5 steps will cover your Personal Brand from the Inside Out:
1. Define Your Personal Brand and Unique Message
The first thing we do is to figure out where your brand is at the moment and where you want to take it. By analysing what value you provide, who your target audience is and what is special about you, we can define your personal brand. We then work on the message you want to project, or what you want people to say about you when you’re not in the room.
2. Use Emotional Intelligence to Improve Your Influencing Skills
With emotional intelligence in place, you can improve relationships and your reputation measurably. You’ll also be able to convey charisma. We will demonstrate through exercises how you can test your level of awareness and how to increase this and make a noticeable change in your life.
3. How You Can Be a Great Communicator
Great communicators know how to make people feel great in their company. They have an ability to influence outcomes and encourage followership. In addition, they convey superb manners at all times. We will ask each of the group to communicate as they do normally, and with three steps, help them to raise their communication levels by several notches.
4. Maximise Social Media to Position Your Brand for Success
Some say your Personal Brand is equal to your Google search results. With the advent of social networking, everybody is a publisher and we should take control of our brands online. We will show you best practices, case studies and go through the main platforms (Blogging, LinkedIn, Facebook, Twitter) and other online tools you can use to bring your brand out to a greater audience.
5. Achieve Greater Well-Being with the Power of Positive Psychology
With generosity, optimism, gratitude and courage, we become more joyful, we flourish. Research done in the USA and the UK supports the fact that through very simple, easy-to-use, tried and tested exercises in resilience, we can transcend fear, emotional disruptions and disappointment. We will provide exercises/information that will help you to improve levels of positivity, optimism and that will strengthen your emotional resilience.
