Are YOU ready SAINT JOHN???

We are going to set a Guinness World Record for the LARGEST HUMAN AWARENESS RIBBON!! We need YOU and 4000 of your closest friends to help us reach our goals.

In support of National Organ & Tissue Donor Awareness Week April 22-28th 2012, we want you to think about Organ & Tissue Donor, inform your family/friends of your wishes, check the organ donor box when you sign your medicare card renewal this year, and show up on April 27th and show us you care SAINT JOHN! We don't want your money...just your support!

At any time there are over 4000 Canadians waiting for an Organ Transplant across Canada, and many of these people will die waiting. Information booths will be set up in the Atrium of Market Square for you to gather more information on the many different forms for you to be a donor. Including blood, stem cell, bone-marrow, organ and tissue, eye and bone.

Join your fellow Saint Johner's on Friday, April 27th 2012 at 12:30PM on Long Wharf in Uptown Saint John for what is sure to be a spectacular day! Walk from your Uptown school or business to the event site for this photo op! There is no on site parking available.

Gates will open for entrance to the Ribbon area at 11:30AM for a 12:30PM photograph for 15mins, show us your support for Organ & Tissue Donation by wearing our green poncho's to create an amazing spectacle for the WORLD to see and put us in the record books!

If you've got GREEN be sure and wear it, if you'd like to be a part of our committee or volunteer that day, please let us know.
